This extension does not collect personal information, browsing history, or chat contents.
The only data stored on your device are the default video quality preference
(kqsQuality: Auto, 1080p60, 1080p, 720p60, 720p, 480p, 360p, 160p, or Audio only)
and the availability flag for the Audio only rendition (kqsHasAudio).
These are stored locally in the browser's local storage (chrome.storage.local).
For page-state synchronization, a mirror of the default quality
(kqsQualityMirror) is kept in the page's localStorage,
and Kick's native initial-quality hint (stream_quality) is written to the page's
sessionStorage. None of this is transmitted anywhere.
The stored preference and the player state are used only to display a one-click quality switcher bar under the Kick.com live player and to switch the embedded Amazon IVS player to the quality you selected. No other functionality is provided.
ivs-hook.js (MAIN world) locates the embedded Amazon IVS player instance on kick.com pages,
reads the available qualities via getQualities(), and switches quality via
setQuality() / setAutoQualityMode(). It does not read chat text,
account information, or any data outside the player.content.js (ISOLATED world) renders the quality bar below the player, tracks SPA
navigation, and—only when the IVS object is not yet available—falls back to the player's own
Settings > Quality menu items so the selected quality is applied via the site's built-in UI.
It does not collect or transmit page contents.popup.js forwards the quality you pick in the popup to the active Kick tab only,
so the switch applies immediately to that tab.background.js updates the extension button badge to show your default quality.storage permission is used only to persist the default quality preference
and the Audio only availability flag locally. The host_permissions are limited to
kick.com and exist solely for injecting the quality bar and controlling the
embedded player on Kick pages.No data is transmitted to external servers, shared with third parties, or used for
analytics, advertising, or tracking. This extension makes no external network requests
(fetch, XMLHttpRequest, WebSocket, and sendBeacon
are not used), executes no remote code, and loads all scripts from within the extension package.
All processing stays on your device, within the Kick page.
The local data stays on your device until you uninstall the extension (which removes
chrome.storage.local data) or clear the site data for kick.com (which removes
the localStorage / sessionStorage entries). There is no server-side
copy to delete.
This extension handles only the data needed to provide its single purpose—the one-click quality switcher for Kick.com streams. User data is not used for advertising, is not sold or transferred to third parties, and is not read by any human. It is used only to provide and maintain the quality-switching feature.

ivs-hook.js（MAIN world）は、kick.com ページ内の Amazon IVS プレーヤーインスタンスを特定し、getQualities() で利用可能な画質一覧を取得、`setQuality()` / `setAutoQualityMode()` で画質を切り替えます。チャット本文やアカウント情報など、プレーヤー以外の情報は読み取りません。content.js（ISOLATED world）はプレーヤー直下に画質バーを描画し、SPA 遷移を追跡します。IVS オブジェクトがまだ使えない場合のみ、Kick プレーヤー標準の設定メニュー（⚙ > Quality）で同等の操作を行うフォールバックを実行します。ページ内容の収集・送信は行いません。popup.js は、ポップアップで選んだ画質をアクティブな Kick タブにのみ送信し、そのタブへ即時適用します。background.js は拡張ボタンにデフォルト画質のバッジを表示します。storage 権限はデフォルト画質と Audio only 対応フラグのローカル保存にのみ使用します。host_permissions は kick.com のみに限定され、Kick ページ内でのバー注入とプレーヤー操作のみに使用されます。外部サーバーへの送信、第三者への提供、分析・広告・追跡用途の利用は行いません。本拡張は外部へのネットワーク要求（fetch / XMLHttpRequest / WebSocket / sendBeacon）を行わず、リモートコードを実行せず、全スクリプトを拡張パッケージ内から読み込みます。すべての処理は端末内・Kick ページ内にとどまります。
ローカルデータは、拡張機能をアンインストールするか（chrome.storage.local を削除）、kick.com のサイトデータを消去するか（localStorage / sessionStorage のエントリを削除）するまで端末内に保持されます。サーバー側のコピーは存在しません。
本拡張は、単一用途である「Kick.com 配信のワンクリック画質切替」に必要なデータのみを扱います。ユーザーデータを広告に使用したり、販売・転売したり、第三者に移転したり、人間が閲覧することはありません。ユーザーデータは本機能の提供・維持のみに使用します。
